The townhouse was exactly as described. The appliances were newer and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans and silverware. The beds were comfortable. The only problem was no cold water in upstairs guest bath so couldn’t use shower but 2 other showers available. The resort was great with huge heated pool, tennis courts and a tiki bar that was open all day with good food and specialty drinks. Would stay there again.

Foram 21 dias ótimos. A acomodação nos atendeu perfeitamente. Limpa e confortável. Nos sentimos seguros. Fácil deslocamento para parques e áreas de compras. Próximo a restaurantes. Indico ali perto a Adega Gaúcha. A pizzaria Cicis também foi legal. Com preço de $15 por pessoa você se serve num buffet de sopas, pizzas e massas. A menos de 10min do Walmart e da CVS Farmácia.

We had a great 3 week stay.  There were a few glitches but none that were worth mentioning.  It is a beautiful area with a lot to do for our visitors and ourselves.  We hope to stay longer next winter.

The neighborhood is beautiful! the house was so perfectly decorated for a Key West street address. it was a gorgeous home and we were very comfortable! beds were very nice. Plenty of towels and toiletries for 16 days.  kitchen had what we needed except a crock pot and we got one for 25 bucks.  pool and outdoor area ...just so pretty. we did not oay to heat the pool so we only got in twice due to colder temperatures.  Nick answered every email quickly. the only downside and not bad, just a little disappointing for us. we wanted to have just a few friends over for dinner and that is not permitted.  but again that was the only thing!!!! we absolutely LOVED our stay!!!!! we hope to do it again!

Official Vacation Homes

Great place to stay for large family vacation/gathering. Worked perfectly for our group. The game/theater room were great for our kids. Even though it was chilly out, the heated pool and hot tub were great as well. We had issues with parking the first night when coming in very late. Nick was super responsive and helped us get the needed parking passes. House was comfortable and clean. Very near to many attractions.

The house is amazing, just like the pics. We loved it and the entire family slept very comfortably (total of 15 people). The pros: - Very spacious! Kitchen is outstanding, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are great. - Pool heating was amazing - we were able to use it even when it was chilly outside. - Water park access! The cons: - Issues with some circuit breakers (impacting outlets in the kitchen and the food disposer) and had to keep switching back on. I told Nick about it, so it might have been fixed now. - The dryer was very loud and the chandeliers in the kitchen would all shake. Tip: only turn it on if you're not using the inside of the house. - We paid for the pool heating for the entirety of our stay, but they certainly turned it off a few days early so we weren't able to use the pool on the last days. - The cleaning crew will arrive at 10am promptly when you check out and they are not courteous. We needed 5 min to finish loading the cars and they literally kicked us out.

Clean home all the way through! Very cozy with comfortable beds. The host was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate my family. We especially enjoyed the back covered lanai area—it was perfect for relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Nick was an amazing host

El lugar era hermoso, seguro cerca de los parques, restaurantes, tiendas de supermercado y outlets. La casa es super grande y con todas las comodidades como en la propia casa de uno, especial para familias grandes que buscamos, tranquilidad y seguridad con gran parqueo y piscina segura, sin duda nos quedaríamos en varias oportunidades. Recomendado al 1000% gracias Nick por todo.

La casa está en una nueva zona, y aun tenían problemas con los ingresos, códigos QR, etc. y contraseñas de la puerta de la casa. La casa esta muy bonita, con el área común bastante amplia, así como los cuartos y toda la casa, la vista al lago super bonita, seguridad, etc. solo podría colchones y almohadas mas cómodas, ideal para familias grandes, tienes todo en la casa, los detalles de decoración en cada cuarto super bonitos. Disfrutamos mucho la casa. Graciassss
