Our family truly loved this home! Great amount of space and had everything you need. The community pool and amenities were absolutely fantastic. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend this place for family vacations!

Official Vacation Homes

This house was fantastic for our yearly trip with the grandparents. It was comfortable and convenient with lots of amenities for the kids and the adults in a way that allowed us to relax and spend just the right amount of time together (and apart in separate spaces). The one thing I would call out is that the pool table is practically unusable since the felt is all scratched up, the edges of the table are worn, and the sticks are bent, so it was more fun for the kids to pretend they were playing than it was for the adults to play after the kids went to sleep, as was our intention. The pool stayed heated to a nice temp even with a FL cold front. Would def stay again.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The place was exactly as described, clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was already there, which made settling in so easy. The host was top tier, very responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Whether you are in town to explore or just unwind, this spot is ideal. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress free and enjoyable stay. 10 out of 10 experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean. Decor was beautiful and lots of space. Kids enjoyed the themed rooms - nice touch. Owner very nice and responsive. Didn’t get to experience the amenities in the neighborhood since it was spring break for my family and a lot of others out there so it was packed but the private pool is a nice touch and we enjoyed that. Will be looking to stay again in the future!

The house was excellent—spacious, well-maintained, and very conveniently located, especially with easy access to nearby shopping through the back gated entrance. It was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils, which made our stay even more comfortable. The outdoor kitchen was a great bonus and something we really appreciated. Overall, this was by far the cleanest and best-kept home we’ve stayed in over the past eight years. Nick was very responsive to the few minor issues we encountered and made sure everything was handled quickly, allowing for a smooth and enjoyable trip. I would definitely recommend opting for the heated pool and spa during the winter months—the temperature was perfect. For a group of older guys playing golf every day, this was easily our favorite feature. Highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The pool was a huge highlight for us, and the couch was incredibly cozy… great for relaxing after long days. The queen and king beds were especially comfortable and made for great sleep. The kids’ rooms had firmer mattresses, which may just come down to preference, but everything else was great. Just a couple small notes for future guests or the host: there weren’t any baking sheets available, so we purchased one during our stay and left it behind for others to use. Also, the dustpan wasn’t very functional due to the raised edge, and some of the Nintendo wall decor was a bit worn/ripped. None of these things impacted our trip at all.. we truly had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay! Walmart and Dollar Tree were a short 3 minute drive, as well as coffee and food. It took us 25 minutes to get to Disney in traffic on a bad day and 16 minutes on a regular day.

We reserved this home due to celebrating my sons 15th bday . The house was very pretty for what we paid for. Nick would respond quickly since there few things we needed help with. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool as plan it was too chilly and the weather didn’t help . We did find a near park . Thank you Nick

The house was great, plenty of room for my family of 6. It was very clean, and had most everything we needed for the week. The game room was a lot of fun. The only issue we had the whole week was the pool heat, but Nick got that resolved. Thanks for a great week!

We rented this place for 41 nights. There were issues that came about as I would expect for that duration. Nick was responsive and was able to fix the minor problems in a timely manner. We loved how quiet the nieghbour hood was and the ease to get around to the restaurants and attractions. Disney was 12 minutes from the house. The backyard is what originally sold us on the house and it did not disappoint. There were 3 separate sitting areas outback and the pool and hot tub were very warm. The club house in Emerald Island was friendly and helpful. We would defiantly stay at this house or any other house in Emerald Island.
