We had such an amazing stay celebrating my girlfriend’s 23rd birthday here. The place was beautiful, clean, and felt like home from the moment we arrived. We really appreciated how everything was clearly labeled, which made finding and using things so easy. The hot tub was definitely a highlight, and ending the night by the fire pit in the backyard made everything feel even more special. Hassan is very attentive and will make sure to make your stay worth while and I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Whenever there was an issue he made sure to accommodate and would make sure to fix any issues. We made some great memories here and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Thank you for having us and we’d absolutely stay again! ❤️ 10/10 for the zen den 🕺🏻🥳

Nick was a great host who always responded when we had issues. The service team on the other hand didn’t follow through on Nick’s requests. There was limited cookware in the Villa which we requested to be addressed. Nick asked his team to provide and they sourced a second large pot when there was already one inside and a set of frying pans. What was needed was a set of smaller cooking pots which would be a requirement for future guests. There is also a need for spare bedding and extra towels for a very large Villa like Nick’s. Nick is a wonderful host and was a pleasure to deal with due to his positive communication. I highly recommended his Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at Nick’s property. The home was clean, comfortable, and extremely spacious. With nine bedrooms and multiple beds, it’s a great choice for large families or groups. We were a family of four and had more than enough room. Many of the bedrooms also have their own or connected bathrooms. Nick communicated very well, responded quickly, and made our stay easy. The only suggestion would be clearer check-in directions. The gated community is very large, and it took us a little while to locate the correct entrance. Directing guests to the security gate first would make check-in much easier. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property.

We loved it! My kids are already asking to go back and we just left, they say they want to move there. My son has ideas of creating a mud kitchen like we own the property 😆 This place had everything we needed (even two super comfy bathrobes)! And the location was great very close to the Epperson Lagoon as stated. We absolutely loved how peaceful the area was and the beautiful outdoor hangouts. The outdoor shower is splendid and you will definitely love staying here. Thanks Hassan!

Official Vacation Homes

The place was amazing.  We only had a few hiccups getting through the gate as our names were not on the list as guest for the week.  But the place was a lot bigger than we thought. We all had a room with a pvt bathroom, tv in every room. This saved us from the kids playing their video games.  The pool was great. Plus we saved a lot of money being able to cook & not go out for all of our meals. Plus if we found anything wrong or broken, we reported it to Nick & he made sure to take care of the issue.  Nick was a wonderful host & would love to stay again next year

Our party of eleven loved our stay here. The villa was a fantastic size for us all - with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The location was brilliant with some lovely restaurants nearby and the gated community, on which the property sits, made us feel safe at all times. The pool was a good size and the addition of the onsite waterpark was a real bonus. We had a couple of reasons to contact Nick throughout our stay, but his responses were always polite, quick and very helpful.

I visit Orlando at least 3 times a year and always stay in an Airbnb. This is one of the best houses we have stayed in. Literally everything you need in the kitchen is there including an air fryer!!  Beautiful and spacious. My grandchildren loved the theater and game room. We will be back for Xmas. Thanks Nick for being a great host
