We stayed at Nick's place for 5 weeks with friends and family's. The house is in the perfect location. Within walking distance to the Community pool and playground. The house was clean and welcoming. They also gave us the best deal we could get for this long stay. Nick is very accommodating and replies fast. Definitely recommend booking with them.

We rented this place for 41 nights. There were issues that came about as I would expect for that duration. Nick was responsive and was able to fix the minor problems in a timely manner. We loved how quiet the nieghbour hood was and the ease to get around to the restaurants and attractions. Disney was 12 minutes from the house. The backyard is what originally sold us on the house and it did not disappoint. There were 3 separate sitting areas outback and the pool and hot tub were very warm. The club house in Emerald Island was friendly and helpful. We would defiantly stay at this house or any other house in Emerald Island.

Amazing 4 weeks! We had different family members and their children scheduled for different weeks throughout our stay.  some overlapping.  The accommodations were adequate,  bedrooms, bathrooms,  kitchen, living areas..perfect for our needs. The outside pool atea was amazing as well. The host was great coordinating our needs for comfortable pool temperature with the local people who handle it. This host is amazingly responsive to our needs! They immediately addressed everything and were so easy to communicate with. All of pur guests were so pleased

First - Let me say that this condo felt SO spacious... It was our first trip to Disney with a 3 and 5 year old and we didn't feel cooped up.  Now, the property was exactly as described.  Having access to the community center with the pool, playground, gym, putt-putt golf and arcade was amazing.  We stayed busy the entire trip... It was really great.  MOST IMPORTANT was how responsive Nick and his team was when something was needed.  I accidentally booked our stay lacking two days...By the time I realized, the property was already booked by someone else.  Nicks team got us squared away with this property without issue.  It was really great knowing they were available if we needed anything (we didn't 😉).  ALSO, this gated community had rigorous security - for us, that was really, really important!  Great stay!  I have over 100 AirBnB stays and this was in the top 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.  Totally worth it!

It was tastefully done with decor and thoughtful things. Very clean without smelling like strong cleaners. White linens and clean towels. The location was still surrounded by houses but the golf course gave privacy from the neighbors that near the oasis are right on you. We paid for pool heat which actually ended up heating the pool to hot tub heat too but Nick was very responsive on adjusting that. Overall we would definitely stay here again or one of Nick’s other properties.

We had a great stay in Orlando. The home was exactly as described - clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was prompt and clear throughout our stay. The location was convenient to major attractions while still being in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax after long days out. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

Had a great vacation.  Felt right at home.  House was spotless clean and had everything we needed.  It is a great neighbourhood on a street back from the traffic.  Nice and quiet.  Anything we needed, Nick and his other team members were quick to reply.  Always available.  We very much enjoyed every minute of our vacation and will definitely be returning to this home!
