Would strongly recommend and would definitely stay if we are in the area again! Exactly as described. Close to needed places like grocery and pharmacy. Short distance to parks. Overall excellent experience!

This is an amazing family home - loads of space, extremely well furnished and very comfortable. The space is excellent - great areas to socialise as a family. The bedrooms are big, and the location is excellent. The pool and hot tub were great to spend evenings around or on days off from Disney, and the facilities in Champions Gate are excellent - golf, tennis, pickleball and much much more, plus pools, water slides, bars and restaurants all within a 5 minute drive - the 'resort' is massive, so you need a car! Getting to the right check in gate was not as easy as it could have been, so plan in advance for this. There is everything you need locally too and only 15 miles or so from Disney makes it a perfect base to visit the parks from. Nick and his team were excellent throughout. We would definitely stay here again - a great home for a large family!

I loved the place and the home was beautiful. It looked just like the photos. It was easy to Find and check in. The only thing was there was confusing on the resort the home was located in. We were told it was located at a different resort and this home is located at the Emerald resort. The resort was still beautiful and nice though and I totally understand the mix up especially when someone might run different locations in different places. It was still a beautiful place. My family loved it and wants to stay in the home again. We went in May and it was really warm out but the pool was cold still. There is option to heat it but we didn’t think we needed it due to it being warm out but you definitely might with the shade in the back by the pool. Even with us not paying for the extra heat the kids still loved it and the resort had a heated pool and hot tub and it was nice. They stay open to 10pm. Overall the home is as amazing and my family will be back. Thank you Nick 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The pool was amazing, and the location was quiet and relaxing with a beautiful lake view. Nick was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great house, 20 minutes from Disney, close to grocery stores and lots of food places! Enclosed backyard with private pool and lounge area!!! So spacious; two families & we didn’t even use all the rooms and bathrooms!🥳

Nick’s place was absolutely beautiful. There were 2 bedrooms on the first floor and a lovely open-concept kitchen, living room, etc. The pool was nice and spacious especially given the townhome. Nick replied quickly, even at midnight, when I had a question about the check in situation. Internet & tv weren’t working properly and made sure to send out a representative by the next day. My Nana and I had a lovely stay and look forward to staying at another property of his again!

This home was beautiful. Exactly as pictured and described. Our kids loved the rooms and couldn’t stay out of the pool. It was clean and felt very homey. Beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed. Nick was very responsive any time I reached out. We did not visit the water park in the neighborhood but it looked like fun. I see reviews about it being noisy in the neighborhood, but honestly, it wasnt bad. A few people were playing music late at night but you could barely hear it when inside the house. Didn’t stop any of us from sleeping. The neighborhood is gated with security and felt very safe. Grocery store and other stores right across the street and a Walmart only a few minutes away. We would absolutely stay here again if ever visiting the area. Great home. Great host.

I stumbled upon this place at the last minute and I canceled my existing reservation and booked this. It turned out to be the best. My boys were so excited of the pool and it was really clean. The house had all utensils and cutlery to make feel at home. The bathrooms were very clean. I think Nick cares about the house and it shows.

We had an awesome time for our five day stay and plan to book again in the future! The house was exactly as described and had everything that we needed - we all felt at home instantly. We especially enjoyed the pool and game room which  we used daily. Our host Nick was very responsive even on a couple minor questions. We highly recommend to other families or groups.
