My family was headed to Disney for our first time joining us were my elderly parents they needed accommodations that worked for their trip as well. Nick’s place was just perfect with a primary suite on the main floor in an open concept living space and kitchen. We had  whole second floor. Our children got their own rooms and bathroom to share it worked out pretty perfectly. The neighbors at the pool were also very lovely one had a visiting granddaughter too. The only thing that was a little bit of a hiccup was trying to figure out the Wi-Fi, but we were barely there to try. Great location to get to Parks and well maintained neighborhood would definitely recommend. Thank you for the stay for our memorable vacation.

After 17 years in Central Florida Real Estate with the last 7 years in Short Term there's common theme from Owners frustrated with the level of service they receive from their management companies. After serving as a Turn Key Provider for Leading Investment Networks and their Out of state Investors I know how important the management aspect is, especially in Short-Term. Official Vacation Homes

Everything was great, we notcied some people struggled with the gate and qr code (make sure your brightness is up) the people at the front desk for the pool house were kinda rude on our last day. but that was it. we used the pool twice prior and not once did anyone ask for the qr code just the unit address and how many people were with us. day 3 we didnt bring our phones and the guy was super rude about not letting us thru without the qr code. my husband walked back for it then handed it to gentleman and my husband rudely grabbed it from his hands yes, but the gentleman left out the rudest comment after that he seemed like Mangment(it was something that definitely shouldn't have came out of his mouth as Mangment). traffic was kinda rough near the four corners a 7mile drive takes about 25 mins during most hours of the day. these are our only cons. the house was spotless and perfect for our family otherwise!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, which made it easy to relax and unwind. Nick was an excellent host, communication was quick and clear. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house is wonderful! It was perfect for our group of 15 people. It had everything we needed for our stay, and it looks exactly like the photos. It also includes access to the amenities at Champions Gate Resort, pools, water parks, and gym, which made the experience even better. Nick was a great host! We would definitely stay here again!

we had a very good experience having Nick as our host! check in was smooth and easy. the house was as described. Nick was very responsive, we had the pool heat go out ( which happens) but He got right on it an the issue was resolved without the kids ever loosing any pool time! we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Nick as a host!

We had a great stay in Kissimmee! Nick was very responsive and always answered my questions quickly. The location was excellent — close to all the attractions we visited, which made everything super convenient. When we arrived, the hot water wasn’t working, but Nick handled it right away and moved us temporarily to a nearby Airbnb around the corner without any hassle. The transition was smooth, and we really appreciated how quickly he resolved the issue. We also decided to extend our trip, and he made that process very easy. We didn’t end up using the pool since the weather was cold and there was an additional fee to heat it, but overall we had a positive experience and appreciated Nick’s great communication and service. Would stay again!

Such a great experience! The house was in an amazing location and made our trip so easy. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. It was a bit chilly at first, but as soon as we reached out, the host responded quickly and resolved it immediately. That level of attentiveness really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place was beautiful just as it shows on the pictures. Nick responded back very quickly. We had access to the resort that was in the neighborhood which had a water slide, lazy river, and a tiki bar. Only thing I would say is make sure you give Nick all of the names up front who has their own vehicle that will be at the Airbnb with you because if you do not have their name on the list they will not get through the gate. I love that it is a gated community. They keep you safe for sure. All and all my experience was a 10/10
