This place more than met our expectations . The house had so many thoughtful little extras to make sure our stay would be comfortable . From a well stocked game room with little toys for the pool, umbrellas , laundry baskets , fans and desks in every room , a full size mirror in the master downstairs, it was perfect for our family vacation. The pool faces the sun all day and it’s private . We had a minor issue with the pool in the middle of our stay,but Nick was responsive as always and it was dealt with in a timely manner . The living area is comfortable and spacious . I loved that there was a separate dining room and kitchen eating area . The a/c worked beautifully, the water was hot, and I would definitely stay here again! The only thing that could be improved would be the beds. Besides mine , the other master suite , and a room with twin beds,the beds were small . Other than that I would give it 10/10! We had a phenomenal time and we were so sad to leave .

Nick’s home is very beautiful and spacious. Great place for family and big group trips. We celebrated my sister’s bachelorette here and had a great time! Great location not too far from shopping, food and it is within walking distance to the water park in the neighborhood. Private pool access was great to have as well. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The space is absolutely beautiful! The location felt very safe. There were families and people constantly out walking and enjoying the amenities in the neighborhood. We had a large group with plenty of space. The rooms are decorated very cool. This is a great place to stay that kids would love!

Perfect place to stay for an off site Disney vacation. My family and I chose this house and it was absolutely perfect! The house was super clean, the host was very responsive, arrival and departure instructions were super easy!  It’s the perfect distance to all Disney parks, Walmart is 5 minutes away, and you can’t beat the private pool!  The pool is small, but the same size as all the houses. We would definitely book here again!!

Official Vacation Homes

Champions gate neighborhood is super nice. Multiple pool options, nice workout facility & a couple gate entrances for easy access. House is huge. Arcade games are super fun for all ages. Trick to keeping the spa warm is pushing the button & letting the bubbles warm it up. Only annoying thing is the alarm/safety system for the back doors to the pool. You have to push a button every 10 seconds the door is open or it beeps a ton. Nick is super responsive & took care of any minor issues we had.

Had a great stay at Nick’s place—him and his team were amazing. They were always quick to respond and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and very spacious, with more than enough room for everyone. The kids had a blast in the pool and around the resort, and there’s always something to do for all ages.

This house was fantastic for our yearly trip with the grandparents. It was comfortable and convenient with lots of amenities for the kids and the adults in a way that allowed us to relax and spend just the right amount of time together (and apart in separate spaces). The one thing I would call out is that the pool table is practically unusable since the felt is all scratched up, the edges of the table are worn, and the sticks are bent, so it was more fun for the kids to pretend they were playing than it was for the adults to play after the kids went to sleep, as was our intention. The pool stayed heated to a nice temp even with a FL cold front. Would def stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean. Decor was beautiful and lots of space. Kids enjoyed the themed rooms - nice touch. Owner very nice and responsive. Didn’t get to experience the amenities in the neighborhood since it was spring break for my family and a lot of others out there so it was packed but the private pool is a nice touch and we enjoyed that. Will be looking to stay again in the future!

The house was excellent—spacious, well-maintained, and very conveniently located, especially with easy access to nearby shopping through the back gated entrance. It was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils, which made our stay even more comfortable. The outdoor kitchen was a great bonus and something we really appreciated. Overall, this was by far the cleanest and best-kept home we’ve stayed in over the past eight years. Nick was very responsive to the few minor issues we encountered and made sure everything was handled quickly, allowing for a smooth and enjoyable trip. I would definitely recommend opting for the heated pool and spa during the winter months—the temperature was perfect. For a group of older guys playing golf every day, this was easily our favorite feature. Highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The pool was a huge highlight for us, and the couch was incredibly cozy… great for relaxing after long days. The queen and king beds were especially comfortable and made for great sleep. The kids’ rooms had firmer mattresses, which may just come down to preference, but everything else was great. Just a couple small notes for future guests or the host: there weren’t any baking sheets available, so we purchased one during our stay and left it behind for others to use. Also, the dustpan wasn’t very functional due to the raised edge, and some of the Nintendo wall decor was a bit worn/ripped. None of these things impacted our trip at all.. we truly had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay! Walmart and Dollar Tree were a short 3 minute drive, as well as coffee and food. It took us 25 minutes to get to Disney in traffic on a bad day and 16 minutes on a regular day.
